terms and conditionsTerms of BusinessThe placing of an order expresses acceptance of our Terms of Business. All work to be accompanied by an official order. Service TimesThe Company will make every effort to ensure orders are completed within the stated times, but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to do so. Should delays be experienced in the completion of an order the client does not have the right to cancel the order, either entirely or in part. Any work required before our normal service times may incur a 'rush' charge, especially when 'out of hours' production is required to meet delivery. Non Account OrdersPrepayment of a deposit is required on orders placed by non account customers. The Company cannot be held responsible for work not collected within three months of date of order. CopyrightIt is a criminal offence under the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988 knowingly to infringe copyright. It is the duty of all customers to ensure that all material placed with us is free of any copyright claims and to indemnify us against any such claims. No material will be accepted unless accompanied by either: i) The customers certificate that the work is out of copyright or: ii) The copyright owners written consent. Exhibition WorkExhibition work may be subject to a 50% deposit of the total value of the order at the time of placing the order. The remainder becoming due in line with our normal terms of payment. Trade Descriptions ActSizes quoted are approximate only and on occasions can be fractionally over or under the size quoted. LiabilityWhilst every care is taken with your film or artwork, we cannot accept liability beyond the value of the raw material, regardless of cause, clients are advised to insure material of substantial value against all risk. ClaimsThe Company will not be responsible for errors which occur in the absence of written instructions or in the case of ambiguous and unclear instructions. Complaints must be notified within four days of receipt of work. Colour MatchingDue to variance in colour emulsion, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. We strongly advise clients to provide a colour guide, without which, reproduction of colour will be at our discretion. Terms of PaymentOur terms are strictly payment with order: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards welcomed. Accounts are available upon satisfactory completion of our application form and at the discretion of management. Accounts are available only for clients spending over £100 per month or £1200 per annum. Our terms are strictly payment in full within 14 days of date of invoice. (The Company reserve the right to close any account which does not meet these terms). Prices are subject to alteration without notice. Although due notice will invariably be given. Value Added TaxVAT will be added to all prices at the current rate.
